Phase I of this facility accommodates four physicians with eight exam rooms, special treatment room, blood draw lab, staff and support areas. The Phase II expansion will provide outpatient diagnostic services such as x-ray, ultrasound, EKG, and laboratory services. The Phase III expansion will increase the facility to eight physicians with a mirror image physician module addition.
