Family Medical Associates is a one story, 13,000 SF facility located on a 2.16 acre site on the southwest side of Freeport, Illinois.  The building is designed to accommodate six physicians and two nurse practitioners.  The facility contains a Waiting Area with separate well and sick patient areas, Business Office areas with separate interview room, Blood Draw and lab areas, X –ray area, Special Procedure Room, Patient Education Room, Clean and Soiled Utility Rooms, Staff Lounge and General Storage and Mechanical areas.
